Our Lodge is located at 226 West Lakeview Drive, Samburg, TN

This property is in two parts: 1) The bunk house and 2) A large building behind the bunk house

Both of these parts are included when renting this property

IN THE BUNK HOUSE YOU WILL FIND:

– An area to hang coats and store boots, shoes, luggage, gear, etc…

– The bedding includes 2 twin over full bunk beds, 1 Full over Full bunk bed, 1 twin over twin bunk bed, and 2 twin beds (10 beds total)

– 1 Bathroom with a toilet, sink, and large walk in tile shower

– 1 Flatscreen Smart TV

– WIFI

– Poker Table

IN THE BUILDING YOU WILL FIND:

– A large living room and kitchen area over looking the lake that comes complete with an oven, refrigerator, microwave, standard coffee maker, Flat Screen TV, high top table that seats 8, 2 reclining couches, plates, silverware, and basic cooking pans, pots, and utensils

– WIFI

– There is a large utility room with a washer and dryer set and an area to hang up coats and jackets

– There is a large bathroom with a tub/shower, sink, and toilet

– Upstairs you will find 2 extra Full over Full bunk beds (4 beds total), pool table, and foosball table

At the back of the property is a large deck/pier out over the lake and a 30′ x 9′ covered boat slip. There is a charcoal grill and 2 sets of cornhole boards on the deck as well.

This property will have plenty of towels and washcloths but if you are having an extended stay you will want to bring extra toilet paper, paper towels, toiletry items, and detergent for washer.
